Luna Diane Rose (she/ they) is the creator of “Stick em up Fitness” the new fun fitness brand for people who use walking sticks and other mobility aids (currently working on incorporating rollators as portable gyms).
Luna is a multidisciplinary fitness professional (Yoga, Pilates, personal training and group exercise). Luna holds a Level 3 qualification in adapting fitness for people with disabilities and mostly works with late diagnosed / discovered autistic adults of all genders.

Yoga designed by Disabled people for everyone! Adaptive Yoga LIVE is an online platform providing accessible and inclusive seated yoga classes for people with impairments. Our £5 classes are subsidised by Sport England and are offered two times a week on a Monday lunchtime and Friday afternoon.
